(Full Automatic Model)

  One set of full-automatic batching plant, consist of:

1)     One unit of double shaft concrete mixer complete with water pump, air-cylinder   controlled bottom discharging system,

2)     Hopper hoisting system (100 CBM and less model) or belt conveyer (120 CBM and up model) is provided, which is loading material from batching machine to the mixer.

3)     One unit of batching machine,

4)     Compressor air supplying system compete with air compressor and pipe system,

5)     Cement scale and weighing hopper, water scale and water tank,

6)     Additive scale is also included

7)     Operator’s room complete with computer system, AC and electric box

8)     Screw conveyer and cement silo is optional, and the cement silo can be made in pieces, and assembled in the destination to save sea freight.
